Gunjan leads the quality function at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals, where he oversees quality systems that ensure regulatory compliance and product excellence across both development and manufacturing. Since taking on the role of Director in February 2024, he has implemented improved procedural standards and continuous improvement initiatives, building on his prior experience as a Quality Manager and Senior Quality Assurance Leader.
Gunjan possesses extensive expertise gained from his leadership roles in global pharmaceutical and biotech environments. Before joining CONTINUUS, he served as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Collegium Pharmaceuticals and as a Senior Quality Assurance Lead at AstraZeneca, where he guided quality assurance strategies and compliance across complex operations.
He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical System Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is certified in Change Management and Lean Process Improvement, demonstrating his commitment to quality excellence and operational efficiency.
