Youhua leads the Analytical Development team at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals, where he drives the analytical strategy and method development to support the continuous manufacturing of pharmaceuticals. Since joining the team in 2020, he has advanced from Scientist to Senior Scientist and now oversees the Analytical Development department, ensuring data-driven quality and reliability in the production of drugs.
With over two decades of experience in pharmaceutical research and development, he has extensive expertise in mass spectrometry and chromatography. Before joining CONTINUUS, he held positions at Pfizer and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where he developed and transferred HPLC–MS assays for complex biologics.
Youhua holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry (SIOC) and is recognized for his strategic analytical leadership in advancing pharmaceutical manufacturing.
