Liz leads the Human Resources department at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals, where she focuses on shaping the company culture, talent strategy, and organizational development. With over three decades of HR leadership experience, Liz joined the company in May 2022 and has since initiated programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and supporting the company’s rapid growth.
Before joining CONTINUUS, Liz served as the Director of HR at Replimune, where she established the HR infrastructure and oversaw the company’s expansion to over 200 employees across three countries. She also held senior HR leadership positions at Schwartz Hannum PC and Enigma, Inc., where she drove strategic HR transformations, including workforce planning, compensation frameworks, and global team leadership.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from SUNY Geneseo and holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University. She is also certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
