Randy is the Director of Environmental Health & Safety at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals, where he establishes and oversees comprehensive Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs across development and cGMP manufacturing sites. Since joining the company in 2021, Randy has implemented robust risk assessments, managed the safe handling of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and potent compounds—including Schedule II drugs—and provided targeted EHS training to ensure that operations are compliant and injury-free.
Prior to his role at CONTINUUS, Randy held leadership positions in EHS at Resilience US, Inc., where he served as the Site Head of EHS, and at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he managed multi-site EHS programs with full regulatory oversight. He began his career in environmental health and safety at Raytheon, where he developed safety engineering protocols that aligned with both military and industry standards.
Randy holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Hazardous Materials Management from Tufts University. He has over two decades of experience in compliance, hazard mitigation, and EHS leadership.
