Integrated control systems are paramount for ICM lines, as they allow for real-time responses to process disturbances. They enable operators to visualize the entire process and respond accordingly.

OUR CONTROL SYSTEM CAPABILITIES

Integrated Control Systems: A sophisticated control system is required to process all the real-time data provided by the in-line sensors and PATs utilized by ICM lines. This information must be processed immediately, and be available to the appropriate teams (e.g., Quality) and operators in a timely fashion. We are working with NECI, a local business partner of Emerson, and are implementing their DeltaV system.
